Danny and Michael Philippou, the filmmakers behind 'Talk To Me', have directed a new supernatural horror thriller titled 'Bring Her Back'. The film centers on a brother and sister who discover a terrifying ritual at the home of their new foster mother.

Two-time Oscar nominee Sally Hawkins stars in the film, taking on a prominent horror role for the first time. The directors expressed excitement about working with Hawkins, noting her dedication to the character and the intensity she brought to the set.

How did she cope with Kathy being gone? I didn't. Filmmakers Danny and Michael Filippo were excited to work with two-time Oscar nominee Sally Hawkins. She's so different in every single film that she'd done and the fact she'd never played like an outright horror character as well, the idea of getting her was so exciting to us. We just didn't think it would be possible, though. Yeah, we didn't think she'd say yes, but the script got sent to her and she loved the script and then so we had a call and we were just enamoured by her. We thought she was incredible. I've got to tell you a secret. It's about going with the angel. She really went there. She was terrifying to approach even on set. She was just so in the character and in the zone. Yeah, and we purposely structured the film when we were shooting it to be in order so we knew those big scenes were coming and it was building. It was always exciting the night before because you knew Sally was going to bring it. Listen, listen, listen. Some people believe the spirit stays in the body for months after death. It's working!
