And Mikayla, what happened? Well, Ursula, the 34-year-old man remains here at Surry Hills Police Station after he was taken into custody just after 10 o'clock last night. He was arrested on Bondi Road after reports of suspicious behaviour. He was carrying a camouflage print vest with duct tape on two sides. A second vest was also found inside his car, along with a tin that is alleged to have contained drugs. Both of the vests were examined by the bomb squad and were deemed safe. He faced court today on a number of charges, including behaving in an offensive manner in or near a public place. He told the court he was using the vest for exercise purposes. The court also heard he asked a woman, where is Bondi Beach? And as we just saw, a vigil was being held in Bondi last night with heavy police presence.
