Well, it is back to jail again for the convicted killer of a Rockland County girl. 65 year old Robert McCain of Verplank was sentenced earlier this month in Peekskill City Court to six months in jail. The city court says he pleaded guilty to aggravated harassment and petty larceny stemming from an incident in Peekskill last november. The state corrections department says McCain received a six month sentence for violating violating his parole. It was not clear if the two sentences will be served concurrently. McCain previously served four months in jail for groping a woman at a park in Cortland last july in 2021. He was paroled after serving 40 years for the 1980 murder of 16 year old Paula Boho Vesky of Pearl River.
