Massive tariffs threatened by Donald Trump against Russia's trading partners could affect its exports, especially its gas and oil. On the European side, no agreement was reached on Tuesday for an 18th package of sanctions against Moscow. So, for now, no change on the cap of the price of Russian exported oil, which remains set at $60 a barrel. The European Union is proposing to reduce it to $45 to limit Russia's oil revenue, but it's facing a veto from Slovakia's Robert Fico, an ally of Putin in Europe.
