One of the most affordable pairs I tested are these cute strappy sandals from Crocs. They went viral earlier this summer and they're a great waterproof option. They're a little more elevated than what you would expect from the brand which is great. These ones are super lightweight so they're great to pack for vacation but they don't offer a ton of support but I still think they're a nice alternative to your standard flip-flops. So this style was the most popular pick among the stylists we spoke to and you may recognize this silhouette. This is the Birkenstock Arizona style but done in a super lightweight waterproof EVA foam so you can easily take them to the beach and you don't have to worry about them getting wet. They come in a ton of different colors from obviously vibrant pinks and like seasonal summery colors to also neutrals like white and black and they also come in unisex sizing. If you're looking for beach sandals with a little more support the Birkenstocks are great options but also these archy slides. They're podiatrist designed so they have a great amount of arch support on the soles and also a slightly elevated heel to reduce strain on your calves and achilles tendons. Because these are real leather you won't want to get them wet but they're still a nice option for a beach day if you're not planning on going in the water. These are what I would call a great performance flip-flop because they offer great arch support and also traction. You can get these wet so they're great for beach days, boating, or days at the pool and they come in a lot of different colors and the interior of the straps is made with a quick drying jersey knit so if you do get them wet you'll still be comfortable. If you're a fan of Birkenstocks but are looking for something a little more different or elevated these Frankie 4 sandals are a great option. They have a cute toe loop design and they have padded straps for a little bit more comfort and the podiatrist design footbed has triple layered cushion for extra comfort and support for all-day wear. If you're looking for more of a personalized fit I would recommend this slingback style with an adjustable strap. They have flexible soles and then a fabric lined footbed so you won't slip around with sweaty feet all day. They are made with real leather though so I wouldn't get them wet.
