Phoenix police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred near 19th Avenue and Broadway, resulting in the death of 24-year-old Angel Benkelman. Authorities report that Benkelman was found in the road and later died at the hospital. Detectives are seeking additional information from the public to help solve the case. She was taken to the hospital where she later died. Police believe she was killed and hit and run, and they are hoping the public could help fill the gaps.
