That means strong and severe thunderstorms, hail, damaging wind, and yes, even tornadoes. Chicago you are in this back through Rockford, the Quad Cities. And again, even though Des Moines is not, you're close enough to it. We too will see some storms strong and severe as well. The big concern here is going to the damaging wind, hail, and even tornadoes. So again, the storms right now will continue to dissipate as they roll into this more stable air. But as early as the afternoon, there are the storms popping back up around Des Moines, and they're rolling on towards the Quad Cities after Quad Cities. So yeah, we got Madison. We got Milwaukee and we got Chicago on the kind of the doorstep of these storms for all your Friday evening hours here and that continues even overnight and also watching storms drifting out of the high plains also brings some heavy rain and some damaging winds. But that's the system we're watching for today and tonight, but we're still watching this weekend. Jen, these storms still firing up and causing severe concerns.
