This is when the attack started. And this is Al Jazeera cameraman Louay Saeed running for his life. Every time you jump or you run fast, I saw someone trying to catch me. At one moment I said I will not run again. I'm done. So I just sat on my knees and then one of my colleagues, he said, you have to keep going. They were tall and huge with masks. They were organized. This shaky video was captured during the escape. The journalist stumbles repeatedly and fractures his ankle. No time to stop. Na'al Bouetel had to walk miles to reach safety. Every step worsened his injury. Journalists have exposed countless violations by settlers and the army. That's what has been driving international awareness. Just weeks ago, journalists captured settlers beating an elderly woman and shooting at unarmed farmers. That's why they don't want us to cover. Na'al faces surgery, months of recovery before he's able to walk again. Loay says this attack was more dangerous than anything he's ever seen. And Danine hopes to use her camera again. Others escaped with fractures and bruises. Just to tell stories, Palestinian journalists confront many obstacles. They dodge roadblocks and military checkpoints, escape harassment and arrest. Now the risks are mounting. Armed and emboldened settlers stopping at nothing to silence them.
