And then hear from the parties as to what a reasonable time is necessary in order for everybody to do their jobs But again, if they just got the documents the District Attorney's Office has to review them first Then they have to turn over those that are discoverable So meantime, we're awaiting a decision on the Georgia election interference case in which a judge is determining a Fulton County DA Fonny Willis can remain on that case And that'll put her head-to-head with the former president The judge has said that he is on track to offer a decision this week Trump and his other co-defendants are seeking to disqualify Willis after they allege that she benefited financially by hiring special Prosecutor Nathan Wade a man that she was romantically involved with prior to the Trump case now Trump received this news from a Florida courtroom While he appeared earlier today His team is arguing his access to classified records was not a violation of the Presidential Records Act that those records are personal in nature and the charges are Unconstitutionally vague the DOJ refutes that so far a trial date has been set for May However, as with most of these cases, there's a lot of room for delays But the farther that they are pushed out the closer they get to the general election in November
