In response to the police's morning eviction, the protestors returned to the campus later the same day. One protestor expressed profound dissatisfaction with the actions of both the city of New York and the U.S. government, criticizing them for what was described as acts of repression and violence against students merely attempting to exercise their right to protest. This sentiment was echoed amidst calls for an end to what the protestors labeled as genocide.

The demonstration saw moments of tension when several individuals confronted the protestors, labeling them as supporters of Hamas. Efforts were made by protestors to maintain the peace during these confrontations. In a bid to diffuse potential escalations, some protestors resorted to using kafiyes, a symbolic gesture intended to prevent any violence.

Despite the police considering the operation to remove the encampment a success, citing no injuries or incidents, the sentiment on the ground among protestors and students was markedly different. A Shabbat prayer was organized a short distance from the main protest site, where participants aimed to deliver a message of peace and coexistence amidst the ongoing demonstrations. Protestors, undeterred by the arrests and the police removal of their encampment, vowed to persevere in their demands for justice and an end to the war.
