Authorities have not yet determined the cause of death, and the man's identity is being withheld until his family is notified. Neighbors reported that the man had a roommate, but it is unclear if the roommate was present at the time. The investigation is ongoing.

Police say Thursday morning they responded to a wellness check at an apartment on Pennsylvania Avenue. But once they got inside, they discovered that 51-year-old man unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to his head. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The man's neighbors tell us that he had a roommate, although it's unclear if the roommate was also home at the time. You know, it's unfortunate that he passed, but the way he presented himself and conducted himself is kind of like, you know, he was a little shaky. The medical examiner's office has yet to determine a cause of death, and police say that they are waiting to notify his family before revealing his identity.
