The great and good work carried out over this nearly five-year period, along with the new commitments that we will fulfill one by one because we want to serve you. The voices from the streets echoed the election results. I am more relaxed. The outcome that we wanted has been achieved. No one living in Kosovo or those from the diaspora have been satisfied with the deadlock that existed and perhaps eventually there will be positive results. The budget must be approved. We must approve international agreements. Those obligations politicians didn't deliver due to almost a year-long political dispute where mean opposition parties accused Kurti of authoritarian leadership, straining ties with Kosovo's US and European allies, and they remain unwilling to work with him. Well, it's a political earthquake that has shattered the opposition parties and we are going to feel the consequences of this result for the next decade. Kosovo's post-election stalemate marked the first time it failed to form a government since declaring independence from Serbia in 2008. The crisis leaves Pristina heading into next year without a budget and with over a billion dollars in EU and World Bank loans still unratified, adding pressure to an already fragile economy.
