Analyst Adam Schein provided his predictions, favoring the Buffalo Bills over the Denver Broncos, the Seattle Seahawks over the 49ers, the Houston Texans over the New England Patriots, and the LA Rams over the Chicago Bears. 

Schein highlighted key players and factors for each matchup, such as Josh Allen's leadership for Buffalo, Seattle's strong defense, Houston's underappreciated potential, and Matthew Stafford's performance for the Rams. The divisional round begins with the Bills facing the Broncos in Denver, followed by additional games throughout the weekend.

The division uh divisional playoffs begin today right here on CBS with the Denver Broncos hosting the Buffalo Bills. Tonight the 49ers face the Seattle Seahawks and then tomorrow it's the Houston Texans at the New England Patriots followed by the LA Rams and Chicago Bears. All right a lot of fun stuff coming up for more on this weekend's matchups. We're joined by CBS Sports Adam Schein. He's also the host of Sirius XM's Shine on Sports. Adam you are the man of the weekend. I gotta tell you I am so excited. This to me always is the absolute best weekend in sports. Yes. Doubleheader games today, two games tomorrow, right to go to the championship game. Everyone has positive vibes. I live for this weekend. Same, same. I mean this is my entire weekend except for my boss's birthday party tonight. Then we're back at football tomorrow. All right let's start with the game that is this afternoon on CBS. Denver Broncos they're coming off a bye week. You've got them facing Buffalo Bills. They had a real nail-biter against Jacksonville last week. Who are you going with? Take a Buffalo. I'm taking Josh Allen. That's it yeah. Josh Allen to me. He's Superman, Paul Bunyan, John Elway, all rolled into one. I think he's an unbelievable player. I voted him last year for NFL MVP. He won MVP. Look I think at this stage he's not going to be denied. I'm picking Buffalo to win this game, next game, the Super Bowl, and listen I know, I know. Let me tell you something. It's all happening this year for the Buffalo Bills. Now it's not going to be easy. I don't think they have the better team today. I think Denver has a better team. Yeah and rested. Adam what you can't see is our crew. Some people are like raising their heads. Now the Broncos let me just say they're legit. Denver's the better team with an unbelievable defense, phenomenal head coach. They deserve a lot of credit. They have the one seed. They are favored for a reason. I think Josh Allen though will not be denied. I had Tony Romo of course from the NFL and CBS on my Sirius XM radio show. He made the point to me this week. James Cook is the key. Run the ball effectively. Buffalo able to win. All right today's other big game. Seattle Seahawks versus the 49ers. They faced off just two weeks ago. Who do you have winning now? So I have Seattle but it's interesting that Sam Darnold popped up on the injury report on Thursday with an oblique injury. That came out of nowhere. I mean you know I'm in my late 40s. If I have an oblique injury I've got some issues here right. So that's not what you're looking for. I really think that Seattle too good in terms of the defense. Mike McDonald's done an unbelievable job. Jackson Smith and Jigwa is sensational at the wide receiver position. There is something special going on with these Niners though. Kyle Shanahan has done a great job with all the injuries. Christian McCaffrey is unbelievable. Brock Purdy in a big spot is fantastic. I think it's going to be a competitive game throughout. I'm going to assume health for the sake of conversation with Sam Darnold but I'm going to take Seattle to win by 10 points. Super Bowl's in San Francisco. Yeah true that would be amazing. Okay we got to talk about the Texans and the Patriots. You know Christian Gonzalez is back right. Major defense player. Also got some really cold weather in Boston for those Texans to come. Who are you picking? I love Houston. I love the Texans. I really do. I think not enough people are talking about the Texans as a legit Super Bowl team. Oh no they're dangerous. They're dangerous. No there's no however. Even with C.J. Stroud right and I know that is the one yeah but in terms of they're a great team yeah but what about C.J. Stroud who turns it over. This defense is amazing. You know I have a vote for all the NFL awards and Miles Garrett got my vote for defensive player of the year but I had three Texans. You vote for five on the ballot. Who do you have winning? For the game? The Texans. I love the Texans. I'm obsessed with the Texans. I can't get enough of the Texans. I want to show you something Adam. All right so knowing that we were going to be talking about football this week my husband helped me study and I did a deep dive on the Bears and did a Nate Burleson in front of Nate Burleson after the show. I want to show you this video. Let me see. Caleb Williams yet again showing how he performs under pressure with the mirror. One minute 48 seconds left in the game. What did he do? That play that won it all at the 25-yard line. That touchdown. Chicago was on fire baby. That's perfect. I mean that's Nate right there. There's a little like I got the high five. It's amazing what you can learn if you study but Adam who do you have winning because now I'm invested and the Bears have got to win this Sunday for the last uh the last game of the weekend against the Rams. I love the Rams. Rams were my pick before the season started. Rams, Buffalo, Super Bowl. I before the playoff started I picked the Rams as well. Chicago is amazing. I love Caleb Williams. Love Ben Johnson. No one's beating Matthew Stafford who got my vote for NFL. Oh my husband is not gonna like that.
