Well, turning now to what has been a very busy year in the news, with one man, President Trump, dominating the conversation, but 2026 could bring a whole new set of challenges for the White House. Here now to look ahead to the stories of the new year, senior White House and political correspondent Ed O'Keefe. He is in West Palm Beach, Florida. Ed, good morning. I want to start big picture here, 2026. That means midterms, right? What do you think is going to drive the political conversation going into the year? Well, Kelly, first of all, I can confirm Rob's forecast. It is freezing down here, a real feel of 30 degrees, not typical for Florida. And just like the weather, the reception many Americans have of the economy right now is quite chilly, with prices, you know, a mixed bag. You've obviously seen this year certain grocery prices go up, energy prices, to some extent, staying high as well. And so, you know, generally, Americans have a really poor perception of the economy. It's why you've seen the president spend so much time this year blaming the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell and former President Biden for economic policies that he says are hampering the attempt to drive down inflation. And it's going to have an effect on the midterms later, or next year. Consider this. Historically, a president's party loses seats, of course, in Congress, loses power. The president has conceded it's going to be a problem for Republicans. It's why he pushed Texas, for example, to redraw lines this year to favor Republicans in congressional races next year. And while we've seen polling in recent weeks suggest that most Americans want Democrats to retake control of Congress, it's going to be hard for them to do so because of gerrymandering, because of these changes that have been made. So economy is always, perceptions of the economy are always an issue in elections. And certainly this year, there's been proof of that yet again. All right, Ed, thank you so much.
