Israel is carrying out strikes. In this particular wave, there are reports that Israel targeted two top Hamas commanders. There is no Palestinian confirmation of that. But the rhetoric in Israel is one of toughness, one of welcoming the airstrikes as an appropriate response, one that would communicate to Hamas that it cannot test the boundaries of that ceasefire much like it cannot cross that imaginary yellow line.
