Regions such as northern New England, the Great Lakes snow belts, parts of the Northern Plains, and the Mountain West are more likely to experience snow on Christmas.

Other areas in the United States have a lower probability but are not without hope for snow during the holiday. The report encourages viewers to share their own experiences of white Christmases.
