Fox News, Hillary Goldston is live with the latest on this. Hillary, what happened here? Yeah, it is absolutely disturbing. And we're talking about two cases now. And the person in question is 47-year-old Wilfredo Figueroa Barrios. Now, according to the prosecutor's office, he has been arraigned on both of these cases. But the allegation is that back in May, he allegedly did something really, really gross, forcing a woman into a port-a-john and assaulting her. He was given a $100,000 cashierity bond for that case. Now, this man, as I mentioned, is 47-year-olds from Wayne. We're told he's an ER nurse. He was in court today on the separate case charged with three counts of felony criminal sexual conduct, third degree, and two counts of criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree. The facts here, again, very, very disturbing. A woman taken to Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit for medical treatment is the alleged victim. Today in court, we learned back in the middle of August, the victim came in because of severe alcohol intoxication. The accused assailant, an ER nurse, allegedly exposed himself, directing the woman to touch his privates and compelling her to perform other sex acts on multiple occasions. The defendant's role as a nurse carries professional legal duty to safeguard vulnerable patients. Instead, he's alleged to have exploited his position and preyed upon an incapacitated person under his care. If these acts took place at the ER, then there is a lot of other people around, and there's a lot of people that are there that would be assisting him in doing his duties. If the—I'm obviously not trying to try the case here, but if the complaining witness was six times over the legal limit, to give this amount of detail and the amount of information that we have here coming from that witness, I think could be very suspect. Now, in the second case, the one that we're talking about out of DMC, he was given a $50,000 personal bond, and all of the things you might expect to plot here—he's got to wear a GPS tether, no contact with the alleged victim here, and certainly they're going to be tracking him. Now, I did also reach out to DMC to see if they wanted to say anything about this. According to information that came out in court today, he has been on leave because of these very serious allegations. Taryn? Well, Hillary, how long do they believe that this has been going on, and could there be even more victims? Yeah, so this is a conversation that I had with some investigators, and they are trying to keep some of this information quiet because they are looking at him for other cases. Now, again, we're talking about May and August, so over the course of a couple of months, but who knows? I mean, oftentimes, as I've said in a number of cases, these are usually repeat offenders. Again, having conversations with investigators about this, but we certainly never want to compromise an investigation, and I know that some of that information they're not ready to share, but I can tell you right now, they are absolutely looking into this guy for possible other cases. Yeah, so if anybody else is out there who may have been impacted by this person or assaulted, they need to come forward right away. Thanks, Hillary.
