California

California is experiencing continued rainfall, with precipitation moving across northern regions and into southern areas, including Los Angeles and possibly San Diego. The heaviest rain is expected in northern California and the Los Angeles metro area, with a couple more inches possible.

Weather conditions are forecast to improve over the weekend, though not all areas will be completely rain-free. Snowfall will also continue in the Sierra, adding several more inches to the existing snowpack.

For the rest of the morning, here's how things play out. Got another round here coming across northern Cal and then into the southern areas as well. Another batch coming into LA. Some of that may even sneak down towards San Diego as we work our way through our afternoon. Then getting into Saturday. Yeah, this is going to be a much, much more pleasant situation now. Not completely rain free, but we don't see that just hose of moisture streaming in a pinpointing us here into Western portions of California through tomorrow morning. Though it looks like another couple of inches possible here. The best chance for that. Northern part of the state and then also farther South in and around the LA metro area. And there's still gonna be some snow to deal with two as well. Getting up through the Sierra looks like a few more inches to add up there to the snowpack will certainly take.
