More than 20 masked suspects carried out a take-over style armed robbery at a San Ramon jewellery store, stealing around $1 million in valuables. Police said shots were fired to smash glass doors as the group fled City Center Bishop Ranch.

A group of about 20 armed individuals forcibly entered a jewellery store in San Ramon, using crowbars and pickaxes to steal jewellery valued at around a million dollars. The suspects' escape was hindered when the store's door locked behind them, leading to a dramatic scene captured by police drones.

Authorities used the drone footage to identify and track the suspects' vehicles, resulting in the arrest of seven individuals. Two firearms and some of the stolen jewellery were recovered. Police described the incident as a well-orchestrated crime and indicated that the group may have been involved in similar offences previously.

Vision used to track down some of the offenders, seven have been arrested so far with two guns and some jewellery also found. Definitely a well orchestrated event that requires a lot of investigation on the back end. This is not their first time doing something like this.
