People are really, really excited to get out there and to see the solar eclipse. Hopefully not look directly at the sun, but people are pretty excited. Yeah, you're not kidding. But holy cow, 1,000% increase. That number is wild. So, okay, let's get into some details here. Are there any unique Airbnb properties that people are really seeking out in this occasion? Yeah, it's interesting. We've seen people really excited about tree houses, about houses on lakes, about farms. They wanna be out in the middle of nowhere. They wanna be able to sort of really enjoy it. Some of the most popular things, we saw this incredible listing on Lake Austin with a telescope. People are really looking for those truly unique spaces. We've also seen a lot of searches for glamping stays. And so people are wanting to find something a little bit off the grid to really enjoy the eclipse. I feel like off the grid's kind of popular in the first place and a lot of fun in the first place, but put the eclipse into it, and I feel like it's a whole different level here. Now, which cities and states have had the most listings and the most booking reservations made so far? Anywhere that sticks out? Yeah, I mean, Texas is the most booked state. We saw a 600% surge there. Austin and Indianapolis are the most booked cities. And then cities like Cleveland, Buffalo, Syracuse, and my hometown of Rochester, New York have also seen massive surges as well, all right in the path of totality and all the perfect spots to go see the eclipse from. Okay, first of all, gotta give a little shout out. I'm from New England, but I was actually born in Rochester, so I love Rochester, New York. Great spot. Love that. Yeah, ah, so cool.
