The initiative employs dozens of locals and involves around 200 villagers, providing stable income and food security while raising awareness about the ecological importance of pangolins. As a result, nearly all poaching has stopped in the area, and community members now help rescue and rehabilitate injured pangolins, contributing to healthier forests and local ecosystems.
