Federal prosecutors have indicted Alan Jeng and his sister Anne Marie Jeng after an explosive device was discovered near MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Authorities allege Alan Jeng planted the device on March 10, and both siblings fled to China after selling the vehicle used in the incident. Anne Marie Jeng later returned and was charged with being an accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence. 

Alan Jeng faces multiple charges, including attempting to destroy government property and making and possessing an explosive device. The FBI found components consistent with the bomb at Jeng's home, and authorities continue to investigate the motive while seeking Alan Jeng's return to the United States.
