Authorities say Elders was captured on video throwing an explosive device earlier in the month, and News 12 obtained footage showing a man throwing an object that resulted in a large blast. Elders, who has a history of drug and alcohol abuse according to his attorneys, is currently in the custody of U.S. Marshals and is expected to appear in court later in the month.
