IRC Vice President for Emergencies Bob Kitchen explained that the conflict has severely hampered the delivery of medical, food, and emergency services, particularly in Gaza, where aid remains limited. The IRC is responding with emergency operations to provide cash assistance and basic supplies to displaced populations, while staff continue to work under challenging and dangerous conditions.
