Within days of their termination, they founded Well Fed, a support group that has grown from 20 to nearly 5,000 members nationwide.

Well Fed provides financial guidance, job search assistance, and mental health support through workshops and advocacy. The group reports that about 25 percent of its members have found new employment, and its founders emphasize the ongoing need for such support among former federal workers.
