A brush fire that broke out in Hernando County on Sunday night was 100 percent contained by Monday evening. FOX 13's Ariel Plasencia reports.

A wildfire near Shoal Line Boulevard in Hernando County, Florida, burned 150 acres and led to mandatory evacuations for several homes and businesses. Fire crews have now fully contained the blaze, and all evacuation orders have been lifted. 

The fire came dangerously close to local businesses, with witnesses describing intense flames and embers reaching properties such as the Silver Dolphin restaurant. No injuries were reported, and the restaurant has since reopened, though investigators are still determining the cause of the fire.
