Since 2015, trade between the two partners has grown significantly, with EU exports rising nearly 40% and imports by almost 50%. The new deal is expected to further stimulate trade, projecting a 33% increase over the next decade and eliminating tariffs on more than 99% of EU exports to Australia, which could save businesses around 1 billion euros annually.
