Marcius, who worked at the school two days a month before being terminated, was charged in December for an incident that allegedly took place in October.

His attorney stated that they always believed in Marcius's innocence, and the charges are expected to be formally dismissed later in the month. The district attorney's office declined to comment on the grand jury proceedings, and the school did not respond to requests for comment. At the time of the charges, Marcius was also the men's basketball coach at Manhattanville University, where he has since been informed his position will not continue.
