Timberlake was charged with DWI and two traffic violations, later pleading guilty to a lesser charge. As part of his plea deal, he received a $500 fine, was ordered to complete 25 hours of community service, had his license suspended for 90 days, and agreed to record a public service announcement against drunk driving.
