Parts of US 89A are also shut down tonight. Our priority number one is human life. And so public safety, firefighter safety, with winds that are up to 15 to 20 miles an hour, with all these dry fuels and these gusty, erratic winds, it's really important for us to keep the public and our firefighters safe. Last night, 500 people were taken out of the north rim and tourists all evacuated. Erratic and gusty winds are making things tough right now on fire crews.
