Yeah, they're talking about some big gains here. In fact, this is being described as a historic deal, one of the most lucrative in decades. Last night, the U. A. W. President as well as vice president basically gave a cliff notes version of this 865 page tentative agreement that was reached with Ford that union membership will soon vote on. They held a facebook live update. It was a 20 minute long facebook live update to basically go over some of the highlights of this tentative deal. Now it does include $8.1 billion in new plant investments. That is one of the things covered in this new contract $5000 in ratification bonuses. We're talking about a 25% wage increase with 11% immediately upon ratification. Starting wages will go from $18.4 an hour up to $30.35 an hour.
