A former President Trump attorney, an author of the best-selling book Defiant, Christina Bobb. She's now with Judicial Watch. Christina, let's just get down right to brass tacks. They're going to follow the money. Yeah. There's wires. There's transfers. Walz, Omar, if they knew about this, what's the exposure for them? Is it jail? Is it indictments? How far could this go? Well, yeah. I mean, they would have to be indicted and tried and convicted and all that. But if there's evidence that they were involved or knew of it or somehow used their office to further this conspiracy, they could potentially be involved. That certainly needs to be investigated. As you mentioned in your first segment, the question comes down to what did they know and when did they know it? Did they take any action to further the conspiracy? And if so, they will be held accountable. All right. We watched that story and we listened to their comments about Nazis, which is just preposterous, of course. Let's talk about this big case of the U.S. Supreme Court today. A major test of presidential power is underway, Christina. They will decide whether or not President Trump exceeded his authority when he dismissed the Federal Trade Commission member. Her name, Rebecca Slaughter, if our viewers aren't familiar with the case, her term was set to expire in March. And now the high court will determine if that removal protection for members of the FTC violate the separation of powers, whether it should overturn a New Deal-era Supreme Court precedent. There's a lot, you know, without going too far into the weeds, but some of this dates back to 1935. It's an important case and obviously one we know the president is watching. How do you think the court will rule today or when they do rule? Yeah, when they do rule, I suspect that President Trump will come out victorious on this one. I don't know how they're going to decide that somebody other than the president has authority on making decisions that affect the executive branch. Nobody has more authority than the president of the United States. Now, the committees and these commissions on these separate bodies obviously are not above the president, but to say there's nothing in the Constitution that allows this to take place. And so I think President Trump's going to come out victorious on this, but it'll be interesting because these committees have been created in many, many agencies. So this will have a wide-reaching effect. For sure. A couple of stories about career criminals that are making news, and it's disturbing, it's frightening, and it's happening all across different places. So we begin in Charlotte, North Carolina, yet again, a story after that terrible murder of the Ukrainian refugee Irina Zyrutska. Now we have this man. He's 33 years old, Oscar Solizarno, stabbing a man also on the light rail. First-degree murder are the charges here, and a lot of concern about what's happening in Charlotte, especially after such a high-profile murder with Zyrutska. What do you make of this case and how people who just want to get to work using the light rail have to feel that they fear for their lives now? Yeah, well, it comes down to law and order, whether it's traditional crime and punishment or even it extends to the immigration issue as well. If Democrats don't like the laws that we have on the books and the way that society has agreed to operate according to those laws, then the solution is to change the laws. It's not to ignore them. And what we're seeing time and time again from Democrats is they're saying, we don't like those laws, we're just going to ignore it, which allows them then to pick winners and losers, and the losers always end up being the American people or the people who they're supposed to be serving. Innocent people. Yes, exactly. So I think Democrats need to get serious about actually enforcing the law or they need to be removed from office. Yeah. Well, we're going to hear from one of the victims in New York, Christina. The story is about a career criminal there, an NYU student was attacked also by this suspect. That story obviously got a lot of attention because it was caught on tape here. You see her just innocently walking. And this is James Rizzo, level two sex offender, 16 prior arrests, is paroled in September after serving time for sex abuse attacks on tape. Reportedly this NYU student, innocent woman, another innocent victim will join me today. So how can you prevent things like this? The violent offender released again and again, New York State Department of Corrections again, 16 priors here. Should he be on the streets at this point? Absolutely not. I mean, this is so preventable, which makes it so horrific, as if the judge or even the government, the prosecutors, the ones that recommend the sentencing or the punishment. So I would be curious to look back at those criminal cases and what did the government recommend at those times? Were they recommending him be out on the street or was that the judge on his or her own accord? So again, we have to start holding the government accountable to include the judges to ensure that these people are not on the streets. Really tight on time. I just want to press you real quickly. Civilly, the victims in this case, can they do anything? Do they have any rights here, Christina, as far as when it comes to maybe taking a case against New York, if they were able to get some attorney to pick up their case? Sure. They've always got civil rights violations that they could claim or they could claim assault and battery against the defendant, although they probably won't recover much. But yes, I think there's always an option to go after a city that's been negligent in their responsibilities. And certainly it seems like that is the case.
