Despite ongoing violence and hardship in Gaza, attendees expressed hope for positive change, citing increased global awareness of the situation.

Speakers at the event discussed the targeting of pro-Palestinian activists in the United States, including the loss of jobs and educational opportunities. The convention also noted a significant generational shift in U.S. public opinion, with younger people showing greater support for Palestinians. Organizers believe that this support will persist even after the conflict ends.

Among the vendors, from the majority of speakers, the plight of the Palestinian people is central to every discussion. Despite the daily horrors playing on their phones, the starvation, the genocide in Gaza, the common theme here is one of hope. Abed Ayyub's organization is hosting this event. He believes positive change is coming for the Palestinians. I think we're closer than we've been, and I think the reason we're closer is the world and the public is actually seeing in real time what has been happening to Palestinians since 1948. So I think now the masks have come off, Netanyahu is brazenly putting out his agenda. This is coming at a time where pro-Palestinian activists have been targeted across the country. Many have lost college degrees or jobs. A few may lose their ability to live in the United States. Large-scale college protests have all but stopped, but here, they say, that's not a cause for concern. I think Israel is really starting their downfall, and I think it's happening right now. Their impact on those protests have succeeded already. I think the whole world knows what's going on. Back then, I think like last year or even the year before, not many people were informed on the issue. I think after all these protests, I think the whole world woke up now. Polls show a huge generational shift in the United States. Younger people are now showing more support for Palestinians than the Israelis.
