Elon Musk's brain-implant company Neuralink says it has received U.S regulatory approval for human trials for the first time -- a major milestone for the company after an earlier rejection reportedly over safety concerns. Musk envisions the devices to cure a range of conditions from obesity, autism, depression, schizophrenia, to enabling web browsing and even telepathy.
