U.S. Capitol Police detained a man on Pennsylvania Avenue near the Capitol after he was seen with a bow and arrow. Officers noticed a tricycle on top of his vehicle, which led to further investigation. The man admitted to having guns in his car in addition to the bow and arrow. He was taken into custody, and authorities are working to gather more details about the incident. No injuries or threats to the public have been reported at this stage.
