Davies Uniac will form part of a new leadership group led by spearhead Nick Larkey and he admits the off-field components of leadership have taken a little bit of work. You know, I've done a lot of work for the off-field stuff, like speaking up in meetings, challenging players, challenging coaches. But it's also appreciated that doing the business on the weekend is what counts most. Just said, mate, the best thing that you do is that you rock up game day.
