It looks like there's going to be about a thousand people less at least by the time we get to the end of this month. Hey, yeah, so thank you for having me. JP Morgan, you know, won the government-led auction for First Republic in the wee hours of May 1st as you know, we all remember. And so they told employees at that time there were almost 7,000 employees that were still part of First Republic when it failed and JP Morgan told them that they'd give them clarity on the futures within 30 days. So now, you know, they've adhered to their promise and they offered almost 85% of that group jobs. Some of them are temporary jobs for a period of time. Some of them are, you know, permanent offers and then the other 15% so around a thousand. Of that 85%, do we know how many of those, what share of those are temporary and which ones are permanent? That we don't know yet. You know, that's what I'll be asking about going forward today as I continue reporting on this.
