The PDCI claims that individuals linked to the RHDP have gathered sensitive information and offered cash payments and motorcycles to sway votes. 

The ruling party has declined to respond to these allegations. The Independent Electoral Commission stated it does not intervene in disputes between political parties and advised those affected to seek legal recourse. Over 8.7 million voters are expected to participate in the election to choose 255 members of parliament.

The PDCI says these actions are allegedly accompanied by promises of cash payments of up to 300,000 francs and the distribution of motorcycles with the aim of influencing the vote. The ruling party has declined to comment on the accusations. The Independent Electoral Commission says it does not intervene in disputes between political parties and advises anyone who feels wrong to seek legal action through the courts. More than 8.7 million voters are expected to cast their ballots on Saturday, December 27 to elect 255 members of parliament.
