It could take up to 30 years to pay off that stadium but don't use that word slow around this guy. How often do you think about sales tax? $27 of it was taxed which was $10.725 of it. Kansas, whose state animal is the bison, says the sales tax rate won't change so you won't notice a difference when you shop. It's not a focus when you're buying clothes.
