The details were on a then imminent U.S. assault in Yemen in March. The same assault caught up in an earlier Signal chat controversy involving Hegseth in which a journalist, the editor of the Atlantic magazine, was accidentally invited. Hegseth himself going on Fox News to push back on his critics. They've come after me from day one just like they've come after President Trump. Blaming the media and Pentagon staffers accused of leaking classified intel and then fired. Those folks who were leaking who have been pushed out of the building are now attempting to leak and sabotage the president's agenda and what we're doing and that's unfortunate. Multiple Democrats and at least one Republican lawmaker now want Hegseth gone with the senior Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee wanting an investigation into all of it.
