No staff or passengers were injured in the incident. The man, who had previously been removed from the airport for similar behaviour, was charged with resisting arrest and creating a disturbance. He has been released on strict bail conditions, including a ban from returning to the airport, and is scheduled to appear in court. As a former police dog handler, William Wiltshire, would know, he and his mate, who is a serving New South Wales police officer, were waiting for their flight this morning when they saw the struggle, both of them jumping into action. The man was taken to Mascot Police Station and charged with resisting arrest and creating a disturbance at an airport. He faces up to two years behind bars if found guilty. For now, though, he's been released. The 41-year-old is no stranger to federal authorities. Just yesterday afternoon, he was kicked out of the airport over his behaviour.
