This week's clash against lowly North Melbourne provides the perfect chance to get back on track with the pressure now on to win every game from here on in just to make the final eight. There'll be inspiration provided by Callum Ward's retirement. Every opportunity we get to take the field, I pretty much ask our players to play like Callum Ward so if they do that we'll be a pretty good team. Toby Green's return from suspension helps as well and makes the prospect of a monumental upset all the more difficult.
