The cell is still in good condition, but it isn't insulated. So any prospective buyers keen on keeping this a suburban slammer may need to get creative when repurposing it. I'd say like a wine cellar, definitely something possible. If I had this property, I might have it as a sauna. But it will likely be bulldozed to make way for redevelopment.
