The Northeast region of the United States is expected to experience a significant drop in temperatures, with single-digit lows forecast for cities such as Bangor, Burlington, Binghamton, and Buffalo. Several locations, including Portland, Maine; Youngstown, Ohio; Binghamton, Connecticut; and Allentown, Pennsylvania, are predicted to reach record or near-record low temperatures.

Allentown, Pennsylvania, is forecast to drop to 15 degrees, which is close to its record low. The wind chill is expected to make conditions feel even colder, intensifying the impact of the cold air across the region.

You notice it's in Portland, Maine, Youngstown, Ohio, Binghamton, Connecticut and even Allentown, Allentown, Pennsylvania forecast dropping to 15. It should be fairly close to the record there and wind chill forecast again. That makes bad days even worse out there.
