Winds will initially come from the south, keeping conditions mild ahead of the front, but will shift as the front passes. The strongest winds are expected from Sunday into Monday, gradually calming down as the week progresses.

This is two o'clock on Sunday, your winds are gusting to 35 in our nation's capital up towards Philly and even the New York airports, you know, LaGuardia, Kennedy, very prone to the wind delays and that will be the case in Boston, 40 to 50 mile per hour winds as we go Monday into Tuesday, it starts to calm down a little bit.
