The couple utilizes biodigesters to convert animal and vegetable waste into energy, and their innovative approach has enabled them to cultivate over 300 fruit trees in previously barren land. Their experience will be shared at the upcoming COP30 climate summit, highlighting how adaptation and resourcefulness can help communities cope with climate change.

In the area where in today, Los Moyes, we've somehow learned to survive, to look for new alternatives. Climate change is teaching us how to live, and thanks to our goats and the soil changes we made using manure and cardboard, we now have over 300 fruit trees in a place where it was once impossible to plant even one.
