All eight need to be operational to reach the more than two million people in need. I think that we need to have this political will that we are not only speaking about ceasefire, but actually a proper governance and reconstruction. Let's take an average family who has now lost everything. What do they need? Cueing every day for the basics. At least with the ceasefire they will cue for something.
