They keep bombing us wherever we go. What have we done to deserve this? We have no money to flee to the south. Tens of thousands of Israeli soldiers are surrounding Gaza City. What they say is Hamas's last stronghold. The bombardment is relentless. And in the early hours of Saturday morning, it's Gaza's youngest that again appear to suffer the most under Israeli attacks. Thousands of Palestinians are on the move by force. This is al-Rashid Road that runs parallel with the Mediterranean Ocean, linking Gaza City in the north to al-Mawasi in the south. Those who've just arrived say conditions are squalid and overcrowded. We always say we hope things will get better. Everything is getting worse. After coming here, I even wished I had stayed in the north and died there. Although it's dangerous, at least there is water and food. Here it's safer, but there is almost no food.
