All right. Well, joining me now to continue the discussion on what happened at Brown University, Ken Strange, a former FBI agent. Ken, I'm excited that you're with us here. I've got a lot of questions about the police, the investigation. It seems like they're not able to get a handle on what they've got in front of them. What's been your analysis so far of this investigation? Yeah, I think this investigation leaves a lot to be expected. I'm kind of saddened to see the way this thing is going. They've been handicapped right from the get-go with this lack of security that the campus had. And this campus was obviously not prepared for a mass shooting, and I'm sure that there are many throughout the country that also were not ready for something of this magnitude. But getting back to it, it seems kind of like confusion, feelings, more feelings than facts that they were discussing up at the podium. I thought, Todd, today it was a little more organized, a little more prepared. And I think the reason for that is that we're now on day five, and so they're getting used to how this works with the press. But I'm underwhelmed with the evidence so far, with the video footage. Again, going back to the security, this is a school where the tuition is $72,000 a year, and they can't have a reasonable security system in place. So that has hampered the investigation. And as to where the person is right now, well, I think it's anybody's guess. And they're going to have to rely on a break. They're going to have to get a break, and maybe the public will end up playing a huge part in all of this. Well, the police are asking for the public's help. They've got this second person they're looking at. Here's the Providence Police Chief. We have video footage that determines to us and the detectives that can tell that this person was in the vicinity where the subject of interest was, that we actually have an interest on. Close. Close. Close enough that we feel that we need to speak with them. So it may not necessarily be that this person is involved. This person may have, what, walked by the original person of interest. Take us through the strategy here of releasing this video. Yeah, well, it's good that this video came out. And I think what you want to do and what investigators will try to do is locate this person and try to find out if they talked to the person of interest or if they followed, at least saw where the person of interest was heading off to, just to get any idea of, you know, to kind of get any more idea about this person of interest. So that's a good thing. I'm glad this popped up and, you know, they're going to take advantage of that. Hopefully they'll find this person and that person may have some knowledge about the person of interest. And to your point, again, this is an Ivy League school. They've got more money than they know what to do with. They had some 800 cameras. Apparently not a single one of them captured the gunman inside that building. Let's take a listen. Okay, so there's the back part of the building, old part, and front part, new part. The shooting occurs in the old part towards the back, out towards Hope Street. In that older part of the building, there are fewer, if any, cameras in that location. The only video of the presumed, anticipated, suspected, however you want to define it, person of interest, you have it. You know, I wonder though, if the issue is maybe, is it possible that a lot of those cameras were deactivated? Maybe there was another reason they didn't want those cameras turned on on campus. You know, that's possible. And I've worked investigations, sadly, and I've also done PI work, where you think, you know, you might have, you see a camera and say, wow, we've, you know, we've just hit gold, only to find out that it's been deactivated, doesn't work, or is a dummy, a dummy camera. So, you know, I've seen all of that. So I'm not sure what has happened here. But I do want to mention the priorities about the security system. I understand that the president of the school is doing swimmingly well with security systems. She's okay. But here, these students, unfortunately, were shortchanged by not getting the proper security system. There will have to be, at the end of this, lessons learned and a security system review. That's going to be essential.
