His wife, Michelle Bolsonaro, reported that he suffered a fit while sleeping and only received medical attention when she visited. Federal police stated that Bolsonaro sustained minor injuries and did not require hospitalization, but the court later approved his transfer for further tests, including a CT scan, MRI, and EEG.

But on Wednesday he authorized Bolsonaro to go to the DFStar Hospital in Brasilia for a CT scan, an MRI and an EEG. The former leader has a history of hospitalizations and surgeries related to being stabbed while campaigning in 2018.
